Dead End Project (Extension) -
Spectrum provided relocation advisory assistance and determined each relocatees eligibility for replacement housing allowances. Spectrum completed Displacee Needs Questionnaires, presented relocation brochure and explained the entire relocation program as it applies to residential occupants. We also determined family composition, income, and special problems as well as identifying in detail the relocatee's needs, desires, and favorable solutions related to each move.
